Q&A With Tigers Player, Tom Lynch

Tom Lynch and the Richmond Tigers

Lynch shares his thoughts on what life has been like playing in the Sunshine State as a part of the AFL QLD hub, and how the team have adapted to a condensed fixture.

Having previously lived in Burleigh and Broadbeach early on in his career while playing for the Gold Coast Suns, Lynch says he is enjoying being back in Queensland to play footy.

An early morning swim at the iconic Gold Coast beaches have been a welcome form of recovery for the players, along with the luxury of not having to rug up for training.

Lynch shares how grateful he is to have a job in the current climate, and the electric support that he and his teammates receive from the Tiger Army donning their National Storage-esque yellow and black.

Heading into the finals series, Lynch is not getting ahead of himself and confirms the team are making an effort to focus on one game at a time.

We can’t wait to watch the final series unfold and cheer on the Tigers to (hopefully) yet another premiership.
