Great service! Went in and spoke with Jess and Julie with a payment issue with my Warragul unit, I was met with a friendly and extremely helpful team to help me sort out the problem. I would definitely recommend chatting with Jess and Julie with any storage issues or needs! great work girls

Every encounter I’ve had with the ladies in Moe has been beyond positive. Their friendly, ‘nothing is too much hastle attitude’ has been such a delight. I would easily highly recommend using this facility to anyone needing a storage unit. It’s made the transition between a rental and a property settlement so much easier. Best decision I made for ages and far more affordable than I expected. Finally the secure self service storage is super convenient and easy to access with the ability to drive directly up to any unit. Thanks

Perfect facility except make sure your moving and sorting doesn't extend into the hours past the hours of operation because it's very difficult to get anyone to let you out of the facility.. in saying that maybe an emergency after hours gate release button would help the very few who are overburdened and out of time from having to spend the night in their cars.. lol

National storage was amazing from information to ongoing customer service both in Smithfield Queensland and Moe, Victoria. They went even further regarding security and safety of my storage. Exceptional service!

How much notice do I have to give when moving out?
Clause 8.1 of the terms and conditions in your storage agreement states that you must give not less than seven (7) days notice of your intention to move out.
What is the minimum storage period?
The minimum storing period is one month. If you’re after a shorter stay, get in touch with our friendly team to see how we can tailor a solution to you on 1300 216 803.
Am I automatically insured?
No, you are not automatically covered. You may arrange insurance on your own or alternatively, you can take out insurance through National Storage. Under current legislation, we must wait 5 days from the date you purchase storage with us. We will be in touch in 5 days with more information around our insurance. Once contacted, insurance can be purchased through your online customer account and will be applied to your storage unit booking.
How do I add/purchase insurance?
Your goods are not automatically insured when placed in our storage units. You may arrange insurance on your own or alternatively, you can take out insurance through National Storage. Under current legislation, we must wait 5 days from the date you purchase storage with us. We will be in touch in 5 days with more information around our insurance.
Once the 5 day referral period has passed, insurance can be purchased through your online customer account. Your monthly insurance fee will be added to your monthly billing automatically.
You can also provide proof of your own insurance via the My Account portal.
