I was looking for a storage provider and I contacted several companies. My initial interaction with Brad was so positive that I opted to go with national storage toongabbie and the entire experience was exceptional. Great communication, great price, great customer service. Brad was authentic and practical. A few clunky bits with the system but he found a workaround in quick time. Nothing was too much trouble. 10 out of 10!! Would highly recommend.

I rented a shipping container here and it was clean and dry when l stored my belongings. The staff were always helpful and in fact went out of their way to assist if l had a question or need for assistance. The toilets were always clean and serviced. I would wholeheartedly recommend this facility to some one who needs readily available storage, and where you can ask questions and get assistance immediately

The company I work for hired a storage locker from national storage at Toongabbie . From the moment I walked in and introduced my self - specially to Jennifer, they have been nothing short of amazing and accommodating to me. They even moved our products to another locker due to flooding and had our best interests in heart to protecting what we have stored with them. Nothing is ever to much, they always help, say hello and goodbye. Highly recommend renting through these guys! You won’t be disappointed.

Love the people that work here. We moved from one unit to another and brad was great about driving the forklift back and forth which made the arduous task 10x easier. They are always super helpful and nice and make tasks that would be super annoying far easier.

My employer ran out of Fragile Tape. A very necessary accessory in our trade as we ship a lot of glass. I was sent out to find some and found a National Storage facility quite close. Probably solved! Thankyou Jennifer for your prompt and efficient service! We will be back! 👍

Storage FAQs
What is the minimum storage period?
The minimum storing period is one month. If you’re after a shorter stay, get in touch with our friendly team to see how we can tailor a solution to you on 1300 216 803.
How much notice do I have to give when moving out?
Clause 8.1 of the terms and conditions in your storage agreement states that you must give not less than seven (7) days notice of your intention to move out.
How often can I access my goods?
If your account is paid up, you can access your storage space whenever you need to, subject to the centre access hours. The access hours will vary from centre to centre, however you can see your preferred centres access hours on our Find a Centre page.
Am I automatically insured?
No, you are not automatically covered. You may arrange insurance on your own or alternatively, you can take out insurance through National Storage. Under current legislation, we must wait 5 days from the date you purchase storage with us. We will be in touch in 5 days with more information around our insurance. Once contacted, insurance can be purchased through your online customer account and will be applied to your storage unit booking.
How do I purchase insurance?
Your goods are not automatically insured when placed in our storage units. You may arrange insurance on your own or alternatively, you can take out insurance through National Storage. Under current legislation, we must wait 5 days from the date you purchase storage with us. We will be in touch in 5 days with more information around our insurance.
Once the 5 day referral period has passed, insurance can be purchased through your online customer account. Your monthly insurance fee will be added to your monthly billing automatically.
You can also provide proof of your own insurance via the My Account portal.
Can I give my code to others e.g. removalist or relatives?
It is recommended you do not give your code out to anyone other than the person you have nominated to have access on your contract as this protects you and others storing in the facility.
