Judith is lovely and very professional. She advised and guided me through the sign up process. It was so easy to sign up, organise a truck and pick my storage unit. The truck is old, but is reliable and does the job. When I came to pick it up, Judith had everything organised and ready to go. The move went smoothly and I returned the truck with zero hassles. Very professional service and I’d recommend Judith and National Storage Jandakot to friends and family.

I cannot fault my experience with National Storage Jandakot. Vicky was caring, compassionate and went above and beyond to help keep me calm as I was going through a stressful situation moving out of my home I built with my late husband 29 years ago. I faced some hurdles throughout my move but Vicky was always understanding and continued to make me feel comfortable throughout the process. It’s not often you find people who genuinely want to help but Vicky did and I just can’t thank her enough.

Clean, spacious and access is a breeze, even for the smallest units. You can also purchase storage needs such as boxes, tape with dispenser etc in the office. I found the staff here to be efficient and friendly in all dealings. Oh yeah, there is a resident black cat that hangs around before dawn to keep one company during solo storage missions •°•○•°•

I like the opportunity that Vicky at the front desk has advised us on...not only did she work out the size we would have needed and to have power as well and all for 400 a month was just within our budget and Vicky is such a delight to communicate with...she solved my problem of storage tubs and sold me quite a significant few with ease...Vicky is good at what she does, the help and the information and what the merchandise would be best....Vicky would be sadly missed 100% if she was to move on x looking forward to future purchases no doubt 😉 lol

I have been using this facility for the past couple of months. Judy the Facility Manager has been so helpful and accommodating. I was supported by Janine today and she has taken the time to help me continue to use the clean, well lit storage facility efficiently. I also think the prices are very competitive.
