I only went in to drop off a parcel point return with no label and they were friendly and efficient when booking it in. In and out well under 5 mins. Nice to see 2 staff members on site especially within 30 minutes of closing time. I managed a self storage facility myself many years ago and let me tell tell you there was no chance we would of had 2 staff members on so close to closing which often resulted in poor service / long wait times for the customers attending late in the afternoon.
