⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Above and beyond service I contacted Sue at National Storage on 6 January, originally looking to rent two standard storage units as I’m in the process of starting a business. During our first conversation, I explained what I was trying to do, and she said she’d write my name down and contact me if anything suitable came up. The very next day, Sue rang me and told me about a warehouse unit that had become available — something I didn’t even know existed and hadn’t asked about. She immediately recognised that it would be a far better option for my situation. She took the time to show me the maths behind it, and it worked out to be cheaper while giving me significantly more space than renting two separate storage units. Sue is incredibly friendly, caring, and understanding, with a very bubbly personality that instantly puts you at ease. She genuinely went above and beyond and showed a level of effort that many people simply wouldn’t bother with. Most importantly, she was honest and stuck to her word, which means a lot to me. She organised a meeting, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. More recently, my grandfather went in today to put my car into the warehouse, and he had no issues at all because Sue had already taken the time to explain exactly where it was and how the access systems work. Overall, a genuinely great experience. Sue is a real credit to the business, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Great alarmed storage facility. I felt relieved knowing my furniture & personal belongings were in a safe gated secured environment. The staff were very friendly through out my renting time and payment system every month was easy to do online. I recommend these guys if looking for a safe & secure storage facility.
