I was met by Sue the local manager, she was very helpful in sorting out my storage unit. She showed me 2 different units she had available that fitted my needs. I signed up on the spot. And showed me how to use the customer portal. One of the major selling points for me is they have an office on site that is open 6 days per week.

Very pleased with how National Storage Dubbo has helped my family move from QLD to Dubbo. The manager Sue is extremely helpful and was able to help our family find storage as everywhere else was full or required pay slips which is strange. Sue was kind and friendly and was able to help us change our pin as it was really long but within a few seconds she changed it with out question. Such a lovely lady!! Our items were kept safe and secure at a really good price. The facility and storage shed is clean and the security is very reassuring.
