My second time using National Storage. The first time I had 2 units at Welshpool but this time a small unit at the Airport unit. It has to be 24/7 as you never know when you need to pickup or drop off. Access was so easy and a nice secure clean place. Lifts always working. No need for storage any more so just a quick thanks.

After assessing the costs of about 12 options including other storage units and container storage, we could not find better pricing than National Storage Perth Airport. Their customer service was the best service I have had across any industry in my 30 years back in Australia. They also organised the cheapest truck hire we could find anywhere also from a company with exceptional customer service. They had to send us the booking form multiple times because our goal posts kept changing but nothing was too much trouble - even on the Saturday. Would highly recommend Matthew and James at National Storage Perth Airport, if you are looking for a cost effective, positive storage solution. . They were exceptionally polite, accommodating and solution focused. They were also extremely patient

Always go to this place when moving. They have a very wide range of moving accessories like boxes (s, med,L XL), bubble wrap, shrink wrap, moving blankets $10, butcher paper (half the price of other storage places asking for), tape gun, packing tape and much more. They also sell plastic containers which are stronger than the ones from Bunnings, and it's cheaper. Also always friendly staff.
