I know the National Storage facilty at North Albury is new, but I was really impressed with its cleanliness and the security measures to protect our contents. Also found the staff there, Jules being one of them, to be really helpful, easy to deal with, and very accurate at describing the facility over the phone.

Organising the unit was quite easy, even allowing for a small glitch with access codes, which the friendly and very efficient staff in the office fixed for me. The site is clean and seems quite secure; and the trolleys are new and work well.

Awesome storage facility. Very easy to navigate. Plenty of door access no matter which side you come in. They offer a slightly bigger shed for less than other sites so that was a bonus. I also have a 3 month 1/2 price discount so that was a huge plus for my wallet. Very clean, easy access, the staff on site are welcoming and cheerful, they are very happy to help and answer my questions. They have a good range of items to purchase at very reasonable prices, who knew I needed a few blankets, something I didn't think of beforehand. It was easy to sign up and get all my info and codes etc on line. There are lots of security cameras everywhere so anyone gaining access illegally will be caught on camera. The entry gates are solid and you have a 10 digit code to access. That's pretty solid security. Given all aspects of the site, I would highly recommend this storage facility and give it a solid 10/10.
