My experience with National Storage at Taylors Beach (Port Stephens) has been 5 star. From the moment I first inquired about the storage facilities to the ending of our rental unit following our relocation to another area, the service from Gemma the local Manager has been first class. She is very friendly, co-operative and willing to assist in any way possible. Our storage unit was located in the brand new section of the National Storage facilities at Taylors Beach, an internal ground floor unit that maintained a cool, constant temperature that was very suitable for storage of my extensive vinyl record collection. The facility has lengthy daily open hours suitable for trades people and the general public with very good security in place that includes entry and exit codes and closed circuit TV coverage that is monitored from the older Taylors Beach general office location. The monthly rental charge was also very competitive with the opposition in the area. I was so impressed with the National Storage operation that I bought shares in the company listed on the stock exchange during our period of rental. Thank you Gemma and Louisa her assistant. Denis

Gemma is an absolute Gem! Always willing to help, very knowledgeable and kind. The process of booking a storage unit it very easy and the unit size calculation is spot on! More affordable than other facilities! I would highly recommend National Storage

I am totally satisfied with the move of my property onto the Kara Close facility at Taylor's Beach, Port Stephens. Gemma was extremely helpful in setting up my rentals and the explanation of available features and the added peace of mind of insurance for my items. The units themselves were spotless and more than adequate for my needs. I highly recommend using National Sorage.

National Storage has been generous in providing Hunter Horse Haven, a local registered charity, with a heavily discounted storage unit for our precious fundraising merchandise and equipment. We wouldn't trust to leave it with anyone else, the unit is easily accessible, clean and secure. Thank you National Storage
Storage FAQs
How much notice do I have to give when moving out?
Clause 8.1 of the terms and conditions in your storage agreement states that you must give not less than seven (7) days notice of your intention to move out.
What is the minimum storage period?
The minimum storing period is one month. If you’re after a shorter stay, get in touch with our friendly team to see how we can tailor a solution to you on 1300 216 803.
How do I add/purchase insurance?
Your goods are not automatically insured when placed in our storage units. You may arrange insurance on your own or alternatively, you can take out insurance through National Storage. Under current legislation, we must wait 5 days from the date you purchase storage with us. We will be in touch in 5 days with more information around our insurance.
Once the 5 day referral period has passed, insurance can be purchased through your online customer account. Your monthly insurance fee will be added to your monthly billing automatically.
You can also provide proof of your own insurance via the My Account portal.
