A big shout out to Cale, who I was on the call with just now about some boxes I have ordered. He was extremely polite and helpful, and although they cannot promise the delivery date of the boxes I’ve ordered, as it’s handle by an external delivery company, he was willing to talk with him manager and offer alternative solutions if needed. I’m yet to know if I need to use the alternative solution offered, but for him to go the extra miles and offer, this is just great customer service. Thank you.

Huge thank you to the amazing staff at Port Melbourne! They are incredibly helpful at all times, and have been a great support during COVID 19 restriction in Melbourne when our business has been unable to access our storage unit. Thanks Page and Luke, keep up the amazing work!
