Had one of the most easy experiences of any business I've been to. Carlee the manager showed me the space I hired, made sure it was clean and explained all the rules, opening hours and everything else I needed to know. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who needs something stored!

Went into National Storage in Byford today to enquire about a Storage shed. when I arrived she was cleaning the toilets on her break in this ugly heat 🥵 and as she walked me through the facility you could smell the cleaning products I asked if she went through and cleaned the hall way she said she mops the hallways cause she refuses to walk customers through the centre when its "paru" which is Maori for dirty! That is amazing considering she is on her own most days. She went through everything I needed to know to take to the boss who is also my "wife" 🤣 I told her I wasn't able to buy this today but I will definitely storing my stuff at Byford 1000000% She informed me of the access hours, insurance prices and that they have a box shop to help with packing supplies honestly they have trolley's to help with the move she took me through the way it would be easiest for me to get to my shed it was so easy cause if youve been to a storage place you know its like a maze to navigate.but Carlee made this process so easy during this very stressful time for me and my family. She is absolutely amazing and by far the most helpful and genuine person I have come across, you just know this young women is a very very hard worker and takes pride in her work! So Carlee thank you very much for your time and all your help with everything todayyou are an absolute Gem!!! National storage you are lucky to have this young women work for your business.
