Wanted to say the receptionist was efficient, helpful, personable and a pleasure to deal with. I was concerned that only had one parcel and she double checked for me. A great chat as well.

Don't have a storage unit so can't give much insight there but I received exemplary customer service when visiting the box store at the front office. There was an error in their system scanning the item I was after but they were quick to offer a more than suitable resolution.

Went in today to look at buying packing boxes, and the service was sensational. Firstly they advised price isn't right on the labels, instead they were cheaper. Who actually admits prices are lower than marked. They offered deals on bulk buys, advice on packing materials to be used, different boxes for different uses, overall perfect. Ended up buying a pack, as well as other boxes specific for hand tools. This place was surprisingly busy with people. The person that served me was perfect. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Excellent range of packing materials, great advice and perfect price. Thanks 6276. I'll be back.

Excellent communication, excellent customer service and the guy at the desk definitely deserve recognition for helping us at the last moment. We visited on the 2nd with a truckload and eager to get a storage area and it was amazing to see such great customer service.
