I had THE BEST experience with Marion National Storage. The staff there were always professional and were also kind. On the phone and in person I had the same experience with customer satisfaction, which is highly refreshing these days. To be honest, I was a bit of an emotional basket case due to becoming homeless for one month and having to clear and store our small families life and through out this journey they were always patient, kind, and reassuring if I had questions or needed clarification. I will 100% use this facility in the future for all of my storage needs as the location is central, easy to access and also very safe. Highly recommend this facility.

Danielle is friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious, unlike some other storage facilities we visited to gather some information prior to making a decision. We did not even choose this facility due to location and other factors but I felt I needed to let management know how impressed we were with Danielle. When you have worked in the customer service industry yourself for decades it’s reassuring to see young people taking pride in themselves as representatives.
