Jennifer the front person to arrange my storage etc was so helpful that I am considering on using them instead of where I moved to (Bundaberg). Nothing was too much trouble - as I was one of those customers who not only forgot my pass no. but would also forget certain things like keeping my key somewhere safe for the storage! Jen reiterated what could have potentially cost me more money (which shows she goes above and beyond her job description). On top of that, the storage was decently priced which helped.
