⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been storing my boat at National Storage Kurnell for the past two years and the experience has been excellent from day one. Kelly and Jake have looked after me from the very beginning of organising the storage for my boat. They’ve always been friendly, accommodating, helpful, and highly professional, making the whole process easy and stress-free whenever I’ve needed assistance. A huge bonus is having Bate Bay Marine Service on-site. Tyrell, the on-site operator of Bay Bay Marine services has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and it’s incredibly convenient being able to have servicing and maintenance done right where the boat is stored. It makes ownership and upkeep so much easier. Highly recommend National Storage Kurnell to anyone looking for secure storage with outstanding customer service and the added convenience of on-site marine servicing. I give the whole team at National Storage Kurnell five stars and highly recommend them for all your storage needs.

I import and sell pontoon boats and have been storing boats and trailers here for approximately 3 years. The staff have been very helpful with access to unload containers and room to do minor works. They also have boats ready for me as I need them and have even let me know when more suitable or even cheaper spot come available for me to use. "Back again as a returning customer, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I store my boat here and the process is seamless every time. The facility has 220 purpose-built bays specifically for boat and trailer combinations, making it incredibly easy to get in and out. Accessing the boat is a breeze thanks to the wide driveways and pin-coded gates, which is exactly what you want when you're trying to hit the water early. A huge shoutout to Kelly, Jake, and Tyrell—they are a fantastic, helpful team who really understand the needs of boat owners. They always make sure everything is sorted and run a very tight, secure ship. Highly recommend this spot for anyone in the Shire needing reliable boat storage!"

Storage FAQs
What is the minimum storage period?
The minimum storing period is one month. If you’re after a shorter stay, get in touch with our friendly team to see how we can tailor a solution to you on 1300 216 803.
How much notice do I have to give when moving out?
Clause 8.1 of the terms and conditions in your storage agreement states that you must give not less than seven (7) days notice of your intention to move out.
How often can I access my goods?
If your account is paid up, you can access your storage space whenever you need to, subject to the centre access hours. The access hours will vary from centre to centre, however you can see your preferred centres access hours on our Find a Centre page.
Am I automatically insured?
No, you are not automatically covered. You may arrange insurance on your own or alternatively, you can take out insurance through National Storage. Under current legislation, we must wait 5 days from the date you purchase storage with us. We will be in touch in 5 days with more information around our insurance. Once contacted, insurance can be purchased through your online customer account and will be applied to your storage unit booking.
How do I add/purchase insurance?
Your goods are not automatically insured when placed in our storage units. You may arrange insurance on your own or alternatively, you can take out insurance through National Storage. Under current legislation, we must wait 5 days from the date you purchase storage with us. We will be in touch in 5 days with more information around our insurance.
Once the 5 day referral period has passed, insurance can be purchased through your online customer account. Your monthly insurance fee will be added to your monthly billing automatically.
You can also provide proof of your own insurance via the My Account portal.
Can I give my code to others e.g. removalist or relatives?
It is recommended you do not give your code out to anyone other than the person you have nominated to have access on your contract as this protects you and others storing in the facility.
