Ryan was fantastic. His customer service was second to none and was very assertive in finding the right unit for me after I have been over 17 years with another facility around the corner. Based on his customer service alone, I would highly recommend National Storage Scarborough Beach Rd. Little does he know that after leaving and securing a unit, I may have changed my mind and may look at going for one of the larger units come Monday, which they have available. Im sure it will be no problem given National Storage thrive for excellence in their customer service. 😁. Shame about the few negative reviews. Would be curious to understand why National Storage only responded to the positive reviews and not the negatives. As a business owner and manager, responding to negative feedback with positive outcomes means a lot to people and reflects on if they stay with you. We have all had negative feedback at one stage or another, it helps improve what we are setting out to achieve in our business. I'm sure plenty of positives as well. To hear if the bad experiences some people went through have been addressed and in some cases, rectified, would show potential customers they have made the right choice selecting National Storage as their storage solution. Particularly now that there is growth in the amount of facilities opening up. Looking forward to having a new home for my toys and tools. Again, great service by. Ryan.

Great experience with National Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, and the whole process was simple from start to finish. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made everything straightforward. Pricing was clear, and I felt confident leaving my items stored there. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable storage.
