We stored with National Storage Brooklyn for approximately two years, and they played a big part in our business's growth. We started with a single garage, then upgraded to a double garage, followed by two double garages, and eventually a 100m² warehouse as our business expanded. The facility is a fantastic option for small businesses looking for affordable, secure, and flexible storage. Having services like forklift hire, a communal container unloading ramp, bin hire, container drop-offs, and secure PIN access made our day-to-day operations much easier. One thing we particularly appreciated was how well the site was managed. The team actively addressed any antisocial behaviour or suspicious activity, creating a safe environment for everyone. They also introduced allocated parking for each warehouse and ensured unregistered vehicles were removed, which made the site more organised and accessible. What really sets this branch apart is the team. Molly, Dani, and Aiden were always friendly, approachable, and genuinely cared about their customers. Throughout our time there, we saw continuous improvements to the site, including road resurfacing and pothole repairs. It always felt like customer feedback was listened to and acted upon, which isn't something you see everywhere. Although we no longer store here, we still keep in touch with the team from time to time. As a small business owner, National Storage Brooklyn was an important part of our journey, and we'll always have a soft spot for this branch and the amazing people who run it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for secure, well-managed storage, especially if you're a growing business.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Brooklyn National Storage. The team are always so welcoming, friendly, and happy to help whenever I need assistance. The premises are clean, secure, and very well maintained, which gives me peace of mind storing my belongings there. Access is incredibly easy, making it convenient to come and go whenever I need. Came in last week to view the warehouses, Moli was super helpful really chill and cool guy. Unfortunately it didn't work out for me but I would recommend National Storage to anyone. Moli and Danni are both top notch people. Ps. Please let me know when the warehouses become available.

Have had a unit here for a year now, service is awesome and would highly recommend. I have one of the larger factory style ones, love it, good location and everyone is friendly and happy to help. Attached a photo of what the bigger units look like on the side when you get one :)

National Storage Brooklyn offers individual lock-up units protected with individually alarmed doors and pin-coded access. Our units are modern, clean and pest-controlled, and available in a wide range of sizes to accommodate your storage needs. Our storage in Brooklyn is monitored by 24/7 CCTV surveillance and an onsite resident manager. You can also organise insurance for your goods.
Moving your items into your storage unit is easy with our goods lifts and trolleys, pallet jacks, forklift and driver, and move-in trailer and vehicle hire. We also offer driveway access to our units, and 24-hour access can be arranged.
Our self-storage in Brooklyn is suitable for personal and business use, with our mini warehouse storage providing generous space for bulk storage needs.

What is the minimum storage period?
The minimum storing period is one month. If you’re after a shorter stay, get in touch with our friendly team to see how we can tailor a solution to you on 1300 216 803.
How much notice do I have to give when moving out?
Clause 8.1 of the terms and conditions in your storage agreement states that you must give not less than seven (7) days notice of your intention to move out.
How often can I access my goods?
If your account is paid up, you can access your storage space whenever you need to, subject to the centre access hours. The access hours will vary from centre to centre, however you can see your preferred centres access hours on our Find a Centre page.
Am I automatically insured?
No, you are not automatically covered. You may arrange insurance on your own or alternatively, you can take out insurance through National Storage. Under current legislation, we must wait 5 days from the date you purchase storage with us. We will be in touch in 5 days with more information around our insurance. Once contacted, insurance can be purchased through your online customer account and will be applied to your storage unit booking.
How do I add/purchase insurance?
Your goods are not automatically insured when placed in our storage units. You may arrange insurance on your own or alternatively, you can take out insurance through National Storage. Under current legislation, we must wait 5 days from the date you purchase storage with us. We will be in touch in 5 days with more information around our insurance.
Once the 5 day referral period has passed, insurance can be purchased through your online customer account. Your monthly insurance fee will be added to your monthly billing automatically.
You can also provide proof of your own insurance via the My Account portal.
Can I give my code to others e.g. removalist or relatives?
It is recommended you do not give your code out to anyone other than the person you have nominated to have access on your contract as this protects you and others storing in the facility.
