I raised concerns re my rental increase (I do have 2 very large units for quite awhile now) and she escalated to her manager, Nicole who tried valiantly to ensure I received a discount from what I felt was an excessive increase. We have rented units on separate occasions and have never had any problems. Booking both online and in person were both easy. The facilities are well maintained and customer service has been great. Rob has been fantastic during our stressful move between houses, he has helped us choose, add and change units and has always been friendly and super helpful. Overall we would highly recommend renting a storage unit through National Storage Maitland.
