The Facility is easy to locate. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. We are between houses and need two units for all our belongings which proved easy and stressless to organise.

You guys were incredibly helpful! From my very first interaction, everything was handled efficiently and without delay – every question, every request, addressed. National Storage Rutherford were very accommodating . I started with a smaller unit, then realised my belongings needed more space. Moving everything from the smaller unit to a larger one was handled smoothly and easily. No judgment, just genuine helpfulness! And the best part? The costs are quite reasonable. Given my current financial situation, the discount for the first three months was a significant help, making the whole process genuinely affordable. I rented a space for 6 months and Cassandra was very bubbly and helpful in hosting me for 6 hrs while I awaited delivery, helpful on the phone sitting out complexities of billing and generally very positive overall.
