I had ran out of room and needed to upgrade and wasn't sure how easy it would be but they were more than willing to work something out and make the experience so easy and quick. Can’t comment on the storage side of things, but I had a great experience at the box store in the front office. There was a hiccup with the system when scanning the items I came in for, but the staff member (sorry, I didn't catch your name) handled it quickly and professionally. Excellent customer service.

Wanted to say the receptionist was efficient, helpful, personable and a pleasure to deal with. I was concerned that only had one parcel and she double checked for me. A great chat as well.
