Staff are always friendly and very helpful. The young man on the phone was great every time I had to call and always came up with the best solution for me. The facilities themselves are clean, easy to use and can't be faulted.

A big shout out to Cale, who I was on the call with just now about some boxes I have ordered. He was extremely polite and helpful, and although they cannot promise the delivery date of the boxes I’ve ordered, as it’s handle by an external delivery company, he was willing to talk with him manager and offer alternative solutions if needed. I’m yet to know if I need to use the alternative solution offered, but for him to go the extra miles and offer, this is just great customer service. Thank you.
