Firstly I would just like to thank Carmel who works behind the desk at the North Melbourne branch, she has helped me to the moon and back and has been extremely proffesional thoughout the 3 years I have been renting with them. Over the years I have rented storage and moved from small to large units and keeping my things safe and secure has been their top priority. I would personally like to thank Carmel for all her hard work and assistance in the moving in and out, we had no issues at all over the 3 years and it has been a fantastic service. Paige was amazing, delivering over and above customer service. My parcel addressed to the Parcel Lockers out the front and delivered by FedEx was dumped outside the door - rather than taking back to the FedEx depot for redirection, as FedEx does not have a partnership with Aus Post, or even popping into an open and trading business to leave it with someone - just dumped on the ground outside! I called National Storage searching for my 'deliveted' package and Paige took my call. She immediately knew what I was referring to as she saw the parcel outside and had brought it inside. Due to my work location and hours not aligning with their trading ours, Paige kindly and graciously agreed to hold my parcel for 4 days until I could get there during their business hours. Outstanding empathy, understanding and real customer service. I am not even a customer of National Storage North Melbourne - so if this is the level of service to a non customer - the actual customers of this business are definitely in good hands when Paige is on duty. An absolute credit to this business. Thank you Paige - life saver!

I have been using the services of North Melbourne Storage and can definitely recommend them to anybody. The service has been fantastic - I cannot recommend them enough - especially Carmel who went above and beyond to help us at different stages of our storage saga. We went from small to medium and finally to a large storage unit in our three years with them. Carmel made our final day of removal stress free and helped us a great deal.
