I’ve used National Storage for a number of years now. Kelly and Greg are always friendly & helpful, and the site is always clean and well looked after. As a small business owner, it’s not just about having somewhere to store stock. I’ve been able to move units short term when I need extra space, have deliveries sent straight to my unit, use the premises to ship orders from, and access the forklift when required. Having that kind of support makes a real difference when you’re running a business on your own. Highly recommend.

I have a unit at National Storage Kawana. When I 1st entered the office I was greeted by the wonderful staff there. Greg & Kelly were both very knowledge, super friendly & made me feel like I was an old friend not just a customer. Greg was able to show me around the site explaining the different units I was enquiring about as I wasn't to sure what size I need. Everything was explained in regards to signing up, so I clearly understood the processs from pricing, merchandise, access & Insurance. The wonderful banter Greg & Kelly have between them is a delight to see, has previous storage companies I have used the staff were not, which tells me that both Greg & Kelly enjoy their jobs. I would highly recommend National Storage Kawana to anybody who is looking for storage. Thank you Greg & Kelly

Greg was extremely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain the different storage sizes and helped me work out which option would best suit my items. He also showed me the various shed sizes and walked me through how to use the lift, which made moving in smooth and stress-free. I’d highly recommend touching base with Greg if you need professional help and clear guidance. Excellent service & some good aircon in the office so very comfortable sign up process!

I recently needed storage so went to National Storage Kawana on the Sunshine Coast, the manager Kelly's customer service was absolutely top notch!! She was so engaging and genuine you just don't get a customer experience like that these days, its very rare. I got my storage sorted, I got my moving boxes sorted and have convinced my Son to move his storage there too. Thanks a million Kelly

Kelly and Greg are nothing short of amazing with their constant support and help they provide with the storage unit I’m currently working out of. With a busy schedule they are both great at organising the loading of the product you need to ensure we can do our work on time!

Storage FAQs
What is the minimum storage period?
The minimum storing period is one month. If you’re after a shorter stay, get in touch with our friendly team to see how we can tailor a solution to you on 1300 216 803.
How often can I access my goods?
If your account is paid up, you can access your storage space whenever you need to, subject to the centre access hours. The access hours will vary from centre to centre, however you can see your preferred centres access hours on our Find a Centre page.
Am I automatically insured?
No, you are not automatically covered. You may arrange insurance on your own or alternatively, you can take out insurance through National Storage. Under current legislation, we must wait 5 days from the date you purchase storage with us. We will be in touch in 5 days with more information around our insurance. Once contacted, insurance can be purchased through your online customer account and will be applied to your storage unit booking.
How do I add/purchase insurance?
Your goods are not automatically insured when placed in our storage units. You may arrange insurance on your own or alternatively, you can take out insurance through National Storage. Under current legislation, we must wait 5 days from the date you purchase storage with us. We will be in touch in 5 days with more information around our insurance.
Once the 5 day referral period has passed, insurance can be purchased through your online customer account. Your monthly insurance fee will be added to your monthly billing automatically.
You can also provide proof of your own insurance via the My Account portal.
How much notice do I have to give when moving out?
Clause 8.1 of the terms and conditions in your storage agreement states that you must give not less than seven (7) days notice of your intention to move out.
Can I give my code to others e.g. removalist or relatives?
It is recommended you do not give your code out to anyone other than the person you have nominated to have access on your contract as this protects you and others storing in the facility.
