Jason and Craig were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout my entire storage experience at National Storage Dandenong South. This was my first time organising a move completely on my own, including coordinating movers, storage, pricing, and timelines, and they made the process feel simple and stress-free. Craig took the time to walk me through the different storage options, gave me a tour of the facility, and patiently explained the pricing and sign-up process. Jason was equally wonderful during my move-out, clearly explaining the process and helping with administrative details. What truly stood out was their care after the move. They contacted me to let me know I had left behind a very personal item and went out of their way to ensure its return to me. That level of thoughtfulness meant a great deal to me. We provide access to goods lifts, pallet jacks, goods trolleys, move-in trailer hire, and a forklift and driver.
How much notice do I need to give when moving out?
You must give at least seven (7) days’ notice of your intention to move out.
