They made the registration and sign-up process simple and seamless, with clear communication and genuine support throughout. Coordinating arrangements from Victoria could have easily been more complicated, however both Ryan and Maylcho made the entire experience straightforward and stress-free. I spoke with Riley over the phone and she was so helpful at recommending the right size unit and talking me through the process! On moving day she showed me around and taught me how to use everything. The place was really clean and easy to access. The unit was just the right size too. We are very happy with this new facility. It is central & convenient re it's access. Natalie who is in charge, showed us around. She provided all the information we required and conducted our registration in a very professional and friendly manner. The facility itself is brand new, fresh and clean and much cooler than our previous storage unit. We are very pleased with our decision.
