The service was excellent from the word go. The facilities are clean and tide. No insects and traces of mice and I saw at one stage the people that come around that does pest control. I find the site to be very safe and under good control and managed well. So I sore there with great confidence that it will be safe.

The bibra lake storage unit employees are the best! They are a great team. Each time I have gone into the office having to chop and change things around or ask them annoying questions around manage my units I’ve always walked out with it being sorted and accommodated for. I personally have had interactions and help from the lovely sweet lady at the front named leesa and her co-worker (pretty sure his name is Ben/luke) he too is very much a nice guy! Both of them are very patient, kind, attentive, efficient, helpful and highly approachable people. Thank you guys 💪

Went in today to book a 2x3 unit. Very well price, and Matt the salesperson was very polite and helpful. Showed me exactly where my storage unit was, how to access the premises, how to use the goods elevator. Definitely recommend using this for all your storage needs.
