I recently rented a storage unit with National Storage in yanchep. I would like to praise the manager at this facility. She is so kind and helpful. I am very type B so not only had I not picked up my padlock in a week, I also hadnt organised my insurance. She was so informative. Gave me the information for the insurance they use and others. She also told me if I have home and contents insurance they sometimes have storage insurance you can add. So she wasnt just pushing the company they use. Which I appreciate. The facilities are well kept and the location is really convenient. She demonstrated how to use the elevator and she was so patient with me. She listened to my questions and answered them like a real person not a robot that has a script to follow. Her customer service was impeccable and we had a good laugh. I’ve had a genuinely great experience with National Storage Yanchep. The facilities are clean, well maintained, and easy to access, which makes the whole process much more straightforward. A special mention to the manager, who I believe was Amy. She was professional, friendly, welcoming, and extremely efficient from the moment I arrived. Good service is strangely rare these days, so it deserves to be recognised when someone gets it right.

Came in & walked out with a huge smile on my face and a storage unit. Lady behind the desk on 05/03/2026 at 5:00pm was brilliant. I arrived cutting it late at 4:45. She was kind enough to show me my unit & make sure I didn’t leave until I was 100% happy. The service was brilliant, the lady was equally as brilliant! Very very easy to deal with so easy to talk to and very informative. Even stayed 10 minutes past closing for me! Thankyou😁

Just a quick acknowledgement to Amy for being hands down incredible! In the last two weeks, I've had two out of the ordinary situation arise, and both times I was fortunate to have Amy rescue me!
