I needed to move to a different size storage locker. Both team members were really helpful showing me the actual smaller lockers on multiple floors until I found the right size. I’ve been using National Storage in two states and all the staff have provided exceptional customer service. A special shout out to Dale in Port Melbourne for his assistance.
