He goes above and beyond to make the whole experience easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. I’d also like to give special recognition to his fantastic team members, Troy and Hayley, who are equally friendly, helpful and professional. They all work extremely well together and provide exceptional customer service. Bobby, Troy and Hayley are a real credit to National Storage, and the company is very fortunate to have such a great team representing them. National Storage at Nerang has been outstanding from the moment I walked in. After a stressful exit from another facility, the general manager Bobby immediately put me at ease — he was completely understanding of my situation and happy for me to run my business here during business hours, no fuss at all. Troy and Hayley in the office have been just as lovely to deal with. They had three sheds that were perfect for exactly what I needed, in the right sizes, and I even got a 50% discount for three months on two of them, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff are approachable, professional and communicate brilliantly. After everything I'd been through, it's been such a relief to know I won't be kicked out with no notice for no reason. If you want a storage facility that treats you like a valued human being and actually works with you, this is the place. Bobby, Troy and Hayley — thank you. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with National Storage Nerang. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The facility has very easy access with a fast, straight drive-in to the garage, which was exactly what I needed. Everything was hassle-free, the security gate always worked perfectly, and the toilet was always clean. Thank you for looking after my belongings for the past three months. I'm moving forward now, and it was great to have a safe and reliable place to store my things. I really appreciate it!
