Matthew has been absolutely incredible to deal with ~ professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He has taken the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, making what could have been an overwhelming process feel simple and stress-free. I dealt with Matt at the Salisbury Qld centre. He was very courteous and patient with all my questions to give me a great deal. Thankyou Matt 👍. When I moved into the storage centre I thought I would run out of room so we pre-organized a second unit just in case I needed it. It was not too much bother for Matt. I know as it turned out I didn't need it at all. So once again thank you very much Matt and your offsider

I could attest that this branch has a top-tier service. I am a new client (about 5days ago) and I could say that it was smooth like butter booking a storage online plus the warm welcome of the staff Mr Kim is just excellent! I am very happy I was able to choose National Storage Salisbury branch. The access is 5am which is really good too. All the best , team! Stunning storage facility!!
